Madrid, Sep 26 (EFE) .- The electronic commerce giant Amazon has opened its new Amazon Launchpad store in Spain, with the aim of facilitating the launch of innovative products and their commercialization to emerging companies or Spanish startups.
During the presentation of this new platform, the director of the Amazon Spain Marketplace, Javier Alvira, explained that his intention is "to serve as a springboard for 'startups' and entrepreneurs to launch their innovations to the world."

Amazon Launchpad account in Spain with a selection of hundreds of innovative products from different categories such as electronics, food, toys, household items or products for body care, among others.
Spanish emerging companies have personalized product pages within their own platform, a package of marketing tools, access to Amazon's global logistics network and also to the company's customer service.
The director of Services for the Seller of Amazon in Europe, Luca Cassina, has pointed out that the store "is designed to empower entrepreneurs and help the 'startups' carrying out inventory management, order delivery and much more , which allows him to focus his efforts on innovation ".

To bring the products of emerging companies to customers, Amazon works in Spain with more than ten crowdfunding platforms, venture capital firms, incubators and accelerators of startups, such as Wayra, Startupxplore, Crowdcube, Caixa Capital Risc, Kibo Ventures or Seed & Click.
Among the emerging Spanish companies that are already part of Amazon Launchpad are Andone, which is dedicated to commercializing multipurpose bags for baby carts, and CerQana, an easy-to-use smartphone for seniors and children.
The platform also includes the products of Ivy Health, which sells body analysis scales, and Janabebe, which sells car seats and adapters for babies.
Spain is the eighth market in which the company launches Amazon Launchpad, after having done it in the United States, Canada, Mexico, France, United Kingdom, Germany and India.
Amazon Launchpad has 2,100 startups around the world, more than 100 investment entities and a selection of 19,000 innovative products. EFE
