Return
In case of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, the customer undertakes to assume the return costs, at the latest in the following (14) calendar days following the day on which the SELLER was informed of the CUSTOMER's intention to desist.
You can manage returns as follows.
1. Access "Order history and details" from your own account
2. Click on "Details" to be able to display the order on which you want to return
3. Select the product (s) by checking the box next to the name
4. Add the amount to return if it is more than 1 product and if you want a brief description of the reason for returning that item so we can have proof of the problem and improve it.
5. click on "REQUEST A RETURN"
6. Once the above is done, you must send the product (s) Calle Balmes 441, local 2 08022 Barcelona Janabebe S.L
7. Once the product is received, we will review it. the article must be in the conditions in which it was sent and not have been used. Then we will refund your money within 8 working days
